Late last year we published, Gnosis: The Community-Run Chain where we foregrounded Gnosis Chain as a community-owned network.
A community-run chain secured by thousands of at-home stakers around the world is a credibly neutral, resilient chain because it’s credibly decentralized and resistant to censorship. It’s the eternal chain that’s impossible to turn off.
The at-home stakers, the node runners, the solo stakers - they all play a crucial role in securing the network and ensuring that it stays in the hands of the many, not the few. Yet, at-home stakers are merely one part of the puzzle of maintaining a community-run network.
As an organization dedicated to developing and growing a community-run chain, it’s important that we work in public, transparently. Internally, we are building a team wiki that will be available for anyone to read, making it easy for our community to gain a high-level overview of core development. Improve vote-weight utilization.

This is a proposal to set up a legal entity (in the form of an LLC) owned by a Gnosis DAO wallet that enables the GnosisDAO to interact with business partners with an incorporated entity.
