We’ve been members of the wider blockchain ecosystem since the beginning, and we’re here to stay. Gnosis was founded in 2015 as part of ConsenSys, a globally leading blockchain production studio. Gnosis spun out to become an independent company in early 2017 and decentralized into a DAO in 2020.
The Gnosis ecosystem today counts more than 250+ team members across different organizations, including spun-out projects like Safe and CowSwap, and the Zodiac tool suite.
At the heart of Gnosis lies a deep respect for community. We pride ourselves on being long standing community builders in the Ethereum ecosystem. We run Full Node and LisNode, co-working spaces for decentralized technology initiatives in Berlin and Lisbon respectively. We host DappCon, a yearly conference for the Ethereum ecosystem.
